1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, creating a QR code, or making a payment on ReviewQR ("Website", "Service", "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

2. Services & Product Description

ReviewQR provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) utility designed for local retail shops, clinics, salons, restaurants, and service providers. Our service includes:

• Generating a distinct, dynamic QR code linked to the merchant’s Google Business review destination.
• An interactive mobile web assistant that presents relevant multiple-choice questions to customers and utilizes AI to formulate review drafts.
• A direct 1-tap copy & launch feature leading customers to the merchant’s Google Review write-up modal.
• A private feedback shield capturing 1-star and 2-star constructive comments directly for the merchant rather than directing them to public pages.
• High-resolution digital asset downloads and printable tabletop display layouts for counter placement.

3. Account Registration & Authentication

To create and manage your business QR code, you must sign in via your Google Account (OAuth). You represent and warrant that all information provided (business name, category, and review link) is accurate, current, and represents a legitimate commercial establishment. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities occurring under your account.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

We believe in simple, transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden charges:

• Payment Gateway: All payments are processed through our authorized payment partner, Instamojo Technologies Private Limited ("Razorpay"). We support UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM), major Credit & Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), and Net Banking.
• Service Activation: Access to QR code downloads and active scanning routing is provisioned immediately upon receipt of successful payment authorization from Razorpay.
• No Auto-Debit Surprises: ReviewQR does not silently auto-debit your bank account at the end of the year. Renewals are manual and require your explicit authorization.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund terms are subject to our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy. In summary, we offer a 7-day evaluation window for technical non-performance or inability to activate your QR code. Please review the complete policy for instructions and processing timelines.

6. Prohibited Activities & Compliance with Google Policies

You agree not to use ReviewQR for any unlawful purpose or in violation of third-party platform rules. Specifically:

• You may not use ReviewQR to generate fake, incentivized, coerced, or fabricated reviews.
• You must comply with Google's Maps and User Contributed Content policies. All reviews on Google Maps are published voluntarily by independent end-customers using their personal Google accounts.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, copy, or exploit any portion of the ReviewQR software.
• You may not link ReviewQR to businesses dealing in prohibited, counterfeit, or illicit goods and services.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, source code, logos, brand elements, user interface designs, and digital assets associated with ReviewQR are the exclusive intellectual property of ReviewQR. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your generated QR stand and mobile flow for your own commercial establishment during your active paid subscription.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

ReviewQR provides technological tools to facilitate and simplify the review-writing experience for willing customers. We do NOT guarantee a specific number of reviews, any guaranteed increase in star rating, or specific Google search rank results. The final decision to publish a review rests solely with the end customer, and review display is subject to Google’s moderation algorithms.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, ReviewQR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. In any event, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of ReviewQR shall not exceed the total subscription fee paid by you in the preceding 12 months (₹500).

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The courts situated in Hingoli, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters arising from these Terms.
