1. Nature of Products and Delivery Mechanism
ReviewQR is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) web application. We provide digital tools and downloadable graphic templates to help Indian business owners collect authentic Google reviews.
We do not manufacture or ship physical packaged goods by postal mail or courier. All products, services, and assets are delivered electronically via the Internet.

Upon successful payment of your ₹500 annual license fee, you receive immediate digital delivery of:

3. Order Processing Time and Delivery Timeline
Processing Time: Instant (0 to 5 Minutes)
Our billing system is directly integrated with Razorpay’s real-time payment webhooks. In 99% of transactions, your order is processed and confirmed within seconds of bank authorization. You are immediately redirected to your active confirmation screen.
4. Shipping & Handling Charges
Because all products are provisioned and delivered electronically, no shipping, handling, or courier fees are charged. The annual subscription fee of ₹500 includes full digital delivery.
5. Delayed Delivery or Access Issues Handling
In rare instances where bank network latencies delay real-time payment confirmation:
- Wait 2–3 minutes and refresh your business preview page.
- Check your email for the Razorpay transaction confirmation receipt.

- Our operations team will manually verify the payment record with Razorpay and unlock your digital license within 24 hours.
